Kye Savage has signed a three-year deal with the Brisbane Bullets.

The Brisbane Bullets have confirmed the signing of emerging talent Kye Savage on a three-year deal, the final season of which contains a team option to elevate him to a full roster spot.

Savage has already started to make a name for himself within the Australian basketball landscape. The 6’1” guard represented Australia in a recent FIBA Asia Cup qualifier against Indonesia, and is currently representing the Centre of Excellence in NBL1 East.

Head coach Justin Schueller already has a relationship with Savage, who he coached with the Australian U17 national team.

“Kye has shown to be one of the most exciting prospects in his age group,” Schueller said.

“I coached Kye in the U17 National Team, and during that time he was able to be a dynamic player in that environment. We see him having the potential do to the same at the NBL level.

“His ability at both ends of the floor and natural scoring talent is where we see him being able to provide an impact.

“He is an athlete that has high level of potential and we look forward to him maximising this with us over the next three years.”

Savage will join Josh Bannan, Tyrell Harrison, Sam McDaniel, Mitch Norton, Casey Prather, Isaac White, Rocco Zikarsky, Deng Adel and Tohi Smith-Milner on the Bullets roster for NBL25.
